Prior to your first scheduled personal training session, you will be offered the opportunity to perform a standard or modified physical fitness test.

These tests determine your current level of fitness taking your health history into consideration. Your trainer will use this vital information to develop a safe and effective program for your desired outcomes.

The tests to be conducted will measure your body compostion strength and cardiovascular capacity. Your trainer will compare your results to standard levels for your age group, review the results with you and provide a copy for your records. This information will enable your trainer to develp a safe and effective program for your desired outcomes.
