Group Exercise Classes

At Geist Fitness we offer a variety of group exercise class styles including low impact aerobics, muscle training, spinning, yoga, and pilates.

We emphasize the individual experience by limiting class size to a maximum of 12 participants creating a casual and comfortable atmosphere.

Every instructor is nationally certified with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
