Created by Joseph Pilates over 80 years ago, this exercise method has become one of the preferred formats in functional training for men, women, professional athletes, older adults, recreational athletes, and post rehabilitation patients.

This safe and invigorating exercise system uses either a mat or Reformer. Pilates can transform the way your body looks, performs and feels! It builds strength without bulking up to create a sleeker and more toned apperance.

Pilates is the perfect exercise format to prevent or recover from injuries after medical intervention is over. It knows no boundaries of age or physical condition.

One on One Pic

One-on-One Reformer

The instructor will schedule a FREE consultation to review each clients current fitness level, health history status and personal goals. Based upon this information, the instructor will determine the best program option to meet the client's goals. Each session will be 30 or 60 minutes in length and is held in a private setting with a nationally certified Pilates instructor.


Semi-Private Reformer

Pilates-Reformer

Partner training is a great way to maintain motivation and stay on track with your program! Two clients share the allotted time and cost. Each session is 60 minutes and provides many of the same programming benefits and personal attention available in our one-on-one training.

Semi-private Sessions are great for couples or friends. Don’t worry if you’re not at the same fitness level as your partner, your personal trainer has the expertise to work with all fitness levels simultaneously.

Small Group Reformer
