One-on-One Sessions

One on one

Our most popular form of personal training is one-on-one. This format features either a 60 or 30 minute session based upon the client’s current level of fitness and personal schedule. Trainers develop a course of action based on client goals and level of unsupervised commitment to the designed program.

All successful programs result in some behavioral changes in regular physical activity, nutrition, and lifestyle. These changes are incorporated into each personal training session.

 






Semi-Private Training

Partner training is a great way to maintain motivation and to stay on track with your program! Two clients share the allotted time and cost. Each session is 60 minutes and provides many of the same programming benefits and personal attention available in our one-on-one training.

Semi-private Sessions are perfect for couples or friends. Don’t worry if you’re not at the same fitness level as your partner, your personal trainer has the expertise to work with all fitness levels.




Small Group Training
