We target client weight loss through several programs. First, our comprehensive LEAN by DESIGN program encompasses the three major areas of weight loss: behavior modification, proper diet and nutrition, and exercise prescription. Secondly, our personal training programs are designed to help clients achieve individual weight loss results in a safe, effective and efficient manner. Thirdly, we offer the services of a registered dietitian for one on one nutrition counseling.
